I build the tools senior teams use to ship with agents: MCP surfaces, API tests from the OpenAPI spec, and platforms that turn ops work into commands people actually run.
I ship through agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and other MCP clients, plus an MCP server I built): I design, review and operate. The implementation loop is part of the product.
Based in Reykjavík since 2005; also lived in Madrid, Paris, and New York.

SmartBot
Slack + web platform used daily across 150+ Slack channels. 250+ commands, 800+ employees, 30+ time zones. Commands cover general work such as team management, plus product commands. SmartBot put LLM tools in Slack for 800+ employees, cutting repetitive ops work and speeding how teams ship.
Azure NetApp Files and Cloud Volumes Service
The same command and API-test pattern runs on Azure NetApp Files (ANF) and on Cloud Volumes Service (CVS) for AWS and Google Cloud. Product commands and API tests are not Azure-only.
Scheduled jobs
A large share of SmartBot volume is scheduled jobs, not only on-demand. Region health, test-location analysis, and workflow triggers run as routines alongside Slack and the web UI.
SmartBot cleanup service
A SmartBot cleanup service people run in Slack — plus web UI, REST and dry-run — to delete stale Azure test resources. It contributed to $2M+ in cloud cost reduction.
API tests and SmartBot Web
I built tools that generate API tests from the product OpenAPI/Swagger, so the suite stays in step with the spec instead of being written by hand. SmartBot Web from scratch, October 2025 — basic tests, cleanup service, analytics, tutorials.

NOVOMATIC Lottery Solutions
October 2007 – August 2018. Company-wide test framework and internal tools (Ruby, Sinatra): browsers, REST, databases, queues. Several public libraries started here, and the HipChat bot that became Slack SmartBot.

Also
I have made poems, music, trumpet and cooking since childhood — the same habit as building tools. In 2026 I published a bilingual book of poems and music albums under a pen name. The music has passed 600k plays since July 2026.
At ten I networked 8-bit MSX computers over sound: they negotiated who got the printer and sent the job — all in audio.
