A coast simulator, seen from above: shore, river, and land. Houses, paths, and empty ground are the people. Choose a start year. Each year, marks sit closer where there is water or a path, and further apart on poor ground. Move fertility, a plague, a fire, the port, and the speed. Pause or continue. The drawing thickens, splits, or goes out, until it is the place.
